Digital Products Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Once a digital file has been downloaded, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
When We Can Help
Eligible for Refund
- Duplicate purchases (same item bought twice)
- File is corrupted or won't download properly
- Product significantly differs from the listing description
Not Eligible
- Change of mind after downloading
- Incompatibility with your software (specs are listed)
- Not reading the product description before purchasing
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted through Etsy's resolution system within 14 days of purchase. You can also contact us directly via Discord for faster assistance. Please include your Etsy order number and a description of the issue.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method through Etsy.
